Agents for office management are experts in composing text material and communication. Using the latest office organisation and communication tools, you deal with correspondence and create statistics, files and card indexes. In addition, you look after the diary and holiday lists and prepare trips and meetings. Other tasks include processing the inbox and outbox, supporting customers and dealing with certain areas of personnel administration and accounting. Communication both in written and spoken form by phone, computer or using other technical equipment is your main task. You also lend a hand with sales pitches, conferences and seminars.

Job Description
Using the latest office organisation and communication tools, you deal with correspondence and create/maintain statistics. You take on varied and flexible tasks such as assistance/reception, processing, support in daily business, customer care and areas of personnel administration and accounting, general office work, all of which require plenty of independence, self-organisation and commitment. You get a good insight into the service industry and work in a young, pleasant and motivated team.
